Weekly event for female-identifying climbers of all abilities, ages 14 and up.

Come on down to Half Moon Bouldering for a fun and relaxed climbing and socializing session. At Women's Wednesdays you can meet some new climbing pals in a low pressure environment. The session is hosted by a female instructor who will be giving suggestions and tips, as requested by participants, but with no hard lesson plan.

We aim to create a safe space for female-identifying persons to grow their climbing skills, make connections, and develop in this incredible and expanding sport.

Rates

Queer Climb Club

A safe space for the LGBTQ+ community to grow their climbing skills, make connections, and develop in this incredible and expanding sport

At our Queer Climb Club you can meet some new climbing pals in a low pressure environment. The session is hosted by a member of the queer community who will be giving suggestions and tips, as requested by participants, but with no hard lesson plan.

90 minutes of informal instruction with floating instructor and attendants' contribution

Looking to join a supportive community of BIPOC climbers? Join CoC (Climbers of Color) for the monthly BIPOC Climbing Night hosted by Half Moon Bouldering.

Climbers of Color is a Washington State non-profit (est. 2017) that aims to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the climbing and mountaineering community by developing leaders of color.

She Rocks

Join a community of women climbers

She Rocks' mission is to make climbing accessible to all women and cultivate connections between female climbers.

She Rocks: "We climb ice, plastic, rock, and scree. We lead like champions and fall off of V0's. We rock."

After Hours Group Events

Our after-hours group events run on Sundays starting at 7pm.
Group events are bookable until one week prior to your event.

  • Shoes and chalk provided
  • 1:8 instructor ratio for adults; 1:4 instructor ratio for kids
  • Food and drinks not allowed in facility due to COVID-19 restrictions
