With at least 48h prior to the start of the class:
Cancellation: 50% of price refund/credit
Rescheduling fee: (if other class available): 50% of class price
No-show fee: for member free classes: 50% of class price
No cancellations/reschedules within 48h of the class start.

With at least 72h prior to the start of the class:
Cancellation: 50% of price refund/credit
Rescheduling fee (if other class available): 25% of class price
No cancellations/reschedules within 72h of the class start
No refunds for missed class sessions
No makeup lessons will be offered for missed session(s).
Enrollees are welcome to come into the gym any time outside of their class time (must be supervised by an adult) during the month of their enrolled class. They also have a free guest pass to use during the same time window.
Minimum Enrollment Policy
‍If the minimum enrollment for this class is not met, we will notify you on the day of the class (7 days before the start of the series) via the email and phone number you provided to us in your class booking. Our Programs Manager will reach out about rescheduling opportunities and the rescheduling fee will be waived.
Change reminder for upcoming class series to be sent at least 4 days before.

With at least 72h prior to the start of the camp:
Cancellation: 50% of price refund/credit
Rescheduling fee (if other class available): 10% of class price. Rescheduling fee with less that 72h: 50% of price.
No cancellations within 72h of the class start
No refunds for missed class sessions
No makeup lessons will be offered for missed session(s).

With at least 4h prior to the start of the class:
Cancellation: 100% refund, no fee for members/punch card holders.
No cancellations/reschedules within 4h of the class start.
No show fee for members (free class): 50% of regular class price - invoiced to account
No show fee for punch card holders: punch deducted from account.
