Ascendant Flow: energized session, flows breath to movement, works on strength, core, and flexibility; gradually descends into relaxation.
45 Min Morning Flow: energized session with a power boost in one or more areas of the body; gets you ready for the day.
Stretch for Climbers prepares you for climbing, with attention to warming up and increasing flexibility and balance.
Slow Flow: relaxed pace, allows for a restorative practice with longer held poses, focuses on alignment and adjustments.
Power Flow: our most energetic practice, promoting muscle engagement and endurance. A dynamic flow that pairs breath to movement while focusing on strength, intensity, and athleticism.
Free Community Class aims at inclusivity and access expansion. Beginner-friendly, with detailed cueing to adjust intensity to the level that serves your best.
