Ascendant Flow: energized session, flows breath to movement, works on strength, core, and flexibility; gradually descends into relaxation.
45 Min Morning Flow: energized session with a power boost in one or more areas of the body; gets you ready for the day.
Slow Flow: relaxed pace, allows for a restorative practice with longer held poses, focuses on alignment and adjustments.
Free Community Class aims at inclusivity and access expansion. Beginner-friendly, with detailed cueing to adjust intensity to the level that serves your best.

In this full-body recovery workshop, we will utilize Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) techniques to help alleviate tension in the body. SMFR is a safe and effective self-massage technique that targets the muscles and fascial system (connective tissue that encases our muscles, bones and joints). Using therapy balls in addition to slow mobility-focused flows, we’ll focus on the more common problem areas of the body to help reduce pain, restore range of motion and promote relaxation.
