Intro to Bouldering

Learn the basics needed to start climbing!
This class is a comprehensive introduction to Bouldering, including: what a problem is, how to fall correctly, basic body positioning, beginning climbing technique, and how to project a problem.

Perfect for new climbers and climbers who want to go over the basics. Recommended for ages 12 and up. Minors under 14 must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian.

Family Intro to Bouldering

Families learn the basics needed to start climbing together!
This class is an introduction to bouldering geared towards parents and kids. The class covers how to climb and fall safely, what a climbing problem is, and beginning climbing technique. Offered in a fun, interactive manner with climbing games and lots of movement to keep kids and parents engaged. Parents will learn basic safety techniques to effectively supervise their kids while in the gym.

Minors must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Reservations for 2 kids are permitted with a supervising adult, if one kid is 8+

Technique Fundamentals

Take your abilities to the next level with this Technique Fundamentals class!
The Fundamentals class is perfect for the beginner climber who is excited about climbing and wants some guidance on effective ways to improve and develop their skills. In this class, you will learn basic footwork techniques and energy-saving strategies, as well as tips for using balance points to optimize your movement on the wall.

  • 4 sessions 90 minutes in length
  • 4 to 1 ratio
  • shoes and chalk provided

Perfect for climbers who have the basics and want to improve their skills. Geared towards climbers who climb up to 2.5 moons in the gym. Recommended for ages 12 and up. Minors under age 14 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Yoga

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30p-7:30p and 8p-9p.
Welcoming attendees of all abilities!
Each class focuses on an area of the body (such as, hips, core, shoulders, etc.) to increase flexibility, balance, and strength.

  • 60 min. long
  • 9 to 1 ratio

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mats. Ages 12 and up. Minors under 14 must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian. Reserverations open one week before the class.

Private Instruction lessons begin at $80/hour for 1 person, $50/hour for 2 people, and $40/hour for 3 or more people

Please allow at least two weeks to find adequate instructors.
